Key Responsibilities

What we expect you to accomplish

Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS with best practices for scalability and maintainability.
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect, and reusable code components.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement new features and enhancements.
Optimize application performance, improve load times, and implement caching and lazy loading strategies.
Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.

What We're Looking For

Skills and qualifications needed

1+ years of professional experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Strong understanding of CSS, Tailwind CSS, responsive design, and modern web layout techniques.
Experience with version control systems such as Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to implement designs accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to debug efficiently, and work both independently and in a team.
